🔁 RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days (EU Law)

Customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused

  • In good condition

  • Ideally returned in original packaging

2. Defective or Damaged Products

If the item arrives damaged or defective, the customer has 30 days to request:

  • A full refund

  • A replacement item

  • Store credit

We may ask for photos or videos as evidence.

3. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are issued using the same payment method:

  • Credit Card: 5–10 business days

  • PayPal: 3–7 business days

  • Bank Transfer: up to 5 business days

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defect or an error by Kid Joy, we cover the shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to withdrawal, the customer may be responsible for return shipping, as allowed under EU law.

“The customer decides they no longer want the toy after delivery. They have 14 days to return it, covering the return shipping cost.”
