1. Exchanges for Change of Mind

Due to our international dropshipping structure, we do not offer direct exchanges for color, model, or size variations once the item has shipped.
Customers may use the 14-day withdrawal right and place a new order.

2. Exchanges for Defective Products

If the product is faulty, we will replace it free of charge.

Example:
“If an electronic toy does not turn on, we will ship a new one at no additional cost.”
